Season 3 Update: Picture Time!

Last night I finally started capturing photos for the upcoming third season of The Township. I was doing some early calculations and there will be close to 120 unique shots for his season, with dozens of those shots creating new and interesting problems to solve.

The first shot of Season 3

I definitely don’t want to give any spoilers, but this season is going to be jammed with lots of new locations, both underwater and on the ground. As a result, the effort for taking pictures has increased significantly.

Fortunately, I’ve learned a few tricks here and there to help with angles and framing of the photos, as well as new pieces from the nearby LEGO store that can help me position props and cast members in new ways.

Thresher has friends!

We are marching closer to the end of September and I am very excited to finish our photo shoots, process our images, and get the newest season of The Township out there for people to read and see!

With twelve episodes lined up, this will be the last season of 2019. This adventure that started off last November has really grown into something I enjoy creating and I hope that any readers out there have enjoyed it too!

But don’t start worrying. You have a full season ahead of you to close out the year and then you’ll be hearing more updates from me in the winter in regards to Season 4 and beyond!

Plenty of adventure awaits!!!

So with that being said, I’ll announce the big news…

Season 3 Premieres Tuesday, September 24, 2019.

That’s right. Just 7 days from today!

Get ready for the next chapter in this exciting story of adventure and mystery!

But that’s not all!!!

In addition to that, this season I’ll be producing a weekly “Behind the Bricks” post, which will talk a little more about the sets used for the photos and why I chose what I did, as well as a little insight from the writer (me) on what’s happening with our characters and where the inspiration came from!

Those episodes will air on Thursdays. So…

Behind the Bricks Season 3 Premieres Thursday, September 26, 2019.
